At KLANTROEF, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service quality. However, due to the nature of our services, we have implemented a no-cancellation, no-refund policy.
Cancellation Policy:
Once payment is made, it is final. We do not offer any cancellations or refunds for any services under any circumstances.
Clients are encouraged to review the details of the service prior to making the payment, as all sales are final and non-refundable.
Refund Policy:
All payments are final once made, and no refunds will be issued for any services that have been initiated or completed.
Refunds will only be considered in the event of a failure on our part to deliver the service as outlined in the service agreement. However, once work has begun on the service, refunds will not be processed.
